By the way, I saw a video about new proteins that have been added to our food supply through genetic modification. Allergies to corn, soy and dairy have risen dramatically since the 90s. I know you saw one of the videos that I posted, but I am wondering if you are truly allergic to all dairy, or if you are only allergic the GM stuff. Have you tried raw milk? What sort of reaction do you have to beef and dairy?

I’ve tried organic milk and even tried taking a lactose pill, but I still had reactions (even to goat cheese). If I ingest dairy, too much egg, beef, or lamb, I get really bad inflammation in my joints and tissue (I feel like a big bruise), plus, in many cases, it causes extreme intestinal cramps (as bad as labor pains!).
I did try grass fed buffalo steak the other night and I was ok with it. I totally believe that the genetic modifications, hormones, etc. they put in our food is the culprit.

While in Morocco, I ate plenty of beef and dairy and didn’t have a single problem with it. This further supports my theory that our food supplies in the US are poisoning us.
