Impossible Coconut Pie

I have been making this recipe since I was in elementary school. It was originally on the back of a Bisquick box. I changed it up to make it dairy-free.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Silk coconut milk
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup Bisquick
• 1⁄4 cup Earth Balance butter substitute
• 4 eggs
• 1 1⁄2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup coconut

Directions:

Lightly grease pie pan. Mix all ingredients in blender. Pour into pie pan. Bake at 350° for 50-55 minutes.
